Ryan Munnings
Ryan Munnings is a final-year Doctor of Medicine student at the University of Melbourne. He holds a Bachelor of Biomedicine, with an Honours degree completed in Immunology. Ryan’s current research at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute investigates immune biomarkers in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma using multiplex fluorescence immunohistochemistry, with the goal of identifying prognostic and predictive immune signatures. He has published articles in Cancers and Genomics and contributed to multiple translational research projects in oncology and cardiology. His broader interests include medical education, cultural safety in healthcare, and global health.
